Pre-Order Policy

Please note that all pre-orders must be paid in full at the time of purchase.

By placing a pre-order, you acknowledge that the product is not currently in stock. Pre-order items are expected to ship on or after the release date shown, but release dates are subject to change without notice. Delays may occur due to circumstances outside our control.

If your order contains both pre-order and in-stock items, the entire order will be shipped together once the pre-order item is available. If you’d prefer to receive in-stock items sooner, we recommend placing separate orders.

Placing a pre-order does not guarantee fulfillment. Titles may be delayed, cancelled, under-supplied, or otherwise become unavailable. In such cases, you will be offered one of the following options:

• A suitable alternative of equal or lesser value
• A full refund
• Credit to your Beatdisc account

We reserve the right to limit pre-orders if stock received is insufficient to fulfil all orders.

If we can not fulfill your pre-order we will contact you directly to discuss your options (alternative, refund, or store credit).

If you wish to cancel a pre-order, please refer to our Returns and Cancellation Policy for full details. Pre-orders can be cancelled for a full refund up until the point of dispatch.
