A: Yes! Beatdisc Records will ship to absolutely anywhere in the world! We have sent packages to Latvia, Reunion Island, Guam, and even Northmead!

Q: Is it true that you are the cheapest record store in the west, and will you really beat other stores prices?
A: Yes and yes! We price our stock as cheap as we possibly can, and if you inform us of another store with lower prices on a stocked item, we will match, possibly even beat it! This is how we maintain our reputation as the cheapest, and thus: best record store in Sydney’s West!

Q: How long does it take to ship my item?
A: Will we get your item in the post within 48 hours of your purchase, but in most cases it will be done within 12 hours!

NEW: Absolutely perfect in everyway, Brand New.
M-: Brand New, but opened
EX: Used, May have the slightest of marks or scuff
VG+: Minor marks and stains, but does not affect play
VG: More visible marks and stains
G: Fairly good condition, but noticable marks, etc...
F: Many marks or scratches and may result in skipping
P: Major marks or scratches and will result in skipping

Q: How is my item packaged?
A: See below...

CDs: Your CD will be placed inside an Australia Post CD Mailer and sealed with packaging tape. If the CD is not sealed a small square of bubble wrap is placed inside the case to prevent the disc from spinning whilst in transit.

Multiple CDs, Card Sleeve Single & Some Digipacks: Your CDs will be placed inside specially designed brown cardboard CD mailer and sealed with packaging tape. If the CD is not sealed a small square of bubble wrap is placed inside the case to prevent the disc from spinning whilst in transit.

DVDs: Your DVD will be packed inside a specially designed brown cardboard DVD mailer and sealed firmly with packaging tape. If the DVD is not sealed bubble wrap is placed inside the case to prevent the disc from spinning whilst in transit.

7" Vinyl: Your 7" will be packed inside a specially designed brown cardboard 7" Vinyl mailer and sealed firmly with packaging tape.

12" Vinyl:  Your LPs & 12" will be bubble wrapped and packed inside a specially designed brown cardboard LP Vinyl mailer and sealed firmly with packaging tape to prevent any movement inside the package. If the LP is not sealed, the Record will be removed from LP jacket and placed on the outside of jacket to prevent damaging LP jacket.
